Start with the objective
Choose a specific achievement before committing a character or buying an encounter. The tracker shows the public Steam description alongside the objective in our game snapshot when they differ. A renamed requirement can make an old video or achievement guide misleading.
Use a named character or run in the tracker. Keep solo progress separate from a group session, and record the game version in your notes. Checking an entry here records your progress; it does not unlock anything on Steam.
Plan around restrictions
All Ears and other single-character objectives need a deliberate campaign run. Read their requirements before completing quests. Out of the Gate requires a race event; a fresh ordinary league character is not the same thing. Capture the Flag needs other players.
For a group task, write down the mode, region, agreed time and remaining objective. Arrange the group through a community you use. PoERef keeps your plan locally and does not contact players.
When an achievement does not unlock
First compare the current objective with what you completed. Record the character, league, date and the exact encounter or quest. Separate your own reproduction from somebody else’s report.
A report that an achievement was broken in July does not establish that it remains broken today. The focused guides explain the known uncertainty instead of promising a workaround.
