Start from an entry item
Search for a fragment, invitation, boss or destination. Each recipe keeps its source identity, including repeated inputs and quest variants. The list describes recorded map-device relationships, not a guarantee that every retained recipe is currently enabled.
Keep encounter variants separate
Normal and Uber encounters can share an area name while requiring different inputs. Do not transfer one encounter’s rewards to another. Recipe inputs do not establish where fragments drop, invitation yields or boss drop rates.
Track the current objectives
Voidstone objectives are taken from the dated snapshot. Older guides may describe a different set of bosses. The 3.28 Atlas changes revised acquisition; check the objective beside each stone and record completion per character.
Map references preserve their base tiers. Use the map catalog for connections and the Atlas passive planner for allocations. Historical map item versions are listed separately on map detail pages; a matching name alone does not establish current drop availability.
